Absolutely. With Private AI, your data is processed on servers co-located with our web infrastructure. Data never leaves the local network or goes to any third-party AI provider. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest in SOC 2 compliant data centers.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we can also accommodate invoicing and ACH payments.

All plans include a 12-month minimum commitment. If you need to cancel within the first 12 months, an early termination fee equal to two months of your plan rate applies. After 12 months, you may cancel at any time with no additional fees. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes, annual billing is available. Please contact us to arrange annual invoicing. Annual plans are billed at the same rate (12× the monthly price) and can be paid via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.
