Adding Team Members

Grow your team by inviting employees to join your Site Service Pro account.

Inviting a New Team Member

  1. Go to Team from the main navigation
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Admin, Manager, or Employee)
  5. Click Send Invitation

Understanding Roles

  • Admin - Full access to all features and settings
  • Manager - Can manage projects and team schedules
  • Employee - Can log time and view assigned projects

Managing Pending Invitations

View and resend pending invitations from the Team page. Invitations expire after 7 days.
