Adding Team Members
Grow your team by inviting employees to join your Site Service Pro account.
Inviting a New Team Member
- Go to Team from the main navigation
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Admin, Manager, or Employee)
- Click Send Invitation
Understanding Roles
- Admin - Full access to all features and settings
- Manager - Can manage projects and team schedules
- Employee - Can log time and view assigned projects
Managing Pending Invitations
View and resend pending invitations from the Team page. Invitations expire after 7 days.
