Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you're having trouble logging in to Site Service Pro, try these solutions:
Forgot Your Password?
- Click Forgot Password on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for the reset link
- Create a new password
Email Not Recognized?
- Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with
- Check if your subscription is still active
- Contact your account administrator
Account Locked?
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password.
