Site Service Pro provides a comprehensive suite of reporting tools designed for construction project management. Whether you need a quick labor summary, an AI-generated cost analysis, or detailed data exports for your accounting software, the Reports section has you covered.

Standard Reports
Navigate to Reports in the left sidebar to access seven built-in report types:
- Labor Report - Employee hours, costs, and revenue with flexible grouping
- Payroll Summary - Aggregated payroll data ready for your payroll provider
- Project Cost Report - Full cost breakdown by category for a specific project
- Profitability Report - Revenue vs. cost analysis across all projects
- Budget vs. Actual - Compare budgeted amounts to real spending
- Equipment Utilization - Track equipment usage and costs across projects
- Timesheet Status - See which timesheets are pending, submitted, or approved
All standard reports can be exported to PDF, and most also support CSV export.

AI Project Reports
AI Reports use artificial intelligence to analyze your project data and generate professional narrative reports. Instead of just numbers in a table, you get written analysis with insights, trends, and recommendations.
Key capabilities:
- Compile data from timesheets, RFIs, expenses, documents, and more
- Choose from six AI personas (Analyst, Project Manager, Cost Controller, Claims Specialist, Field Superintendent, Scheduler)
- Three processing modes: Normal, Deep Analysis, and Expert Panel
- Export finished reports to PDF or Word

Field Reports
Field Reports let your team document what's happening on site. Use them to record daily progress, flag safety concerns, report issues, or capture any observation that needs to be on record.
Key capabilities:
- Auto-generated report numbers (e.g., FR-2026-0001)
- Organize by custom categories (Progress, Safety, Issue, etc.)
- Attach photos with GPS location data
- Submit for supervisor review

Cost & Revenue Forecasting
Forecasting uses your historical project data to predict future costs and revenue. Adjust individual cost categories to model different scenarios.

- Forecast company-wide or for a specific project
- Adjustable forecast periods (1 week to 3 months, or custom)
- Fine-tune predictions with cost category adjustments (-50% to +50%)
- Save forecasts to track predictions over time
